A Noir Agent is an independent partner who helps connect Noir with agencies or creators who need professional chat or account support.
Their role is to identify potential clients, start conversations and introduce Noir as a solution for agencies or creators who want to improve their operations or increase revenue.
A Noir Agent does not manage clients, negotiate contracts, or close deals.Their responsibility is simply to identify opportunities and refer interested leads to the Noir team. When a referred lead signs with Noir and becomes a paying client, the Noir Agent earns a 10% recurring commission on the revenue generated from that client.
This means that every time the client pays Noir for services, the Agent receives a commission payment.
How Agents Get Paid
Noir Agents earn 10% commission on the revenue generated from clients they successfully refer to Noir.
A referral is considered successful when the referred agency or creator signs with Noir and begins paying for services.

If a referred agency expands their operations and adds additional accounts or increases service coverage, the Agent’s commission will automatically increase based on the new revenue level.
Example
Agency initially signs with Noir for 24hrs coverage chatting services; offering 1 account with a size of $5,000
Total monthly payment to Noir is 20% share = $1,000
Agent commission (10%): $100 per month
If the agency later expands to 5 accounts, they now pay $5,000 per month and the agent’s commission grows to $500 per month.
